These Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients and staff.
By booking an appointment with Golden Cuts Studio, you agree to the following:
1. Appointments & Bookings
All appointments must be booked in advance via our official booking system, phone, or in person. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability but are not guaranteed. Certain services may require additional time or consultation before booking.
2. Deposits
Some services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. Deposits will be applied toward your total service cost. Deposits are non-transferable unless you reschedule within the allowed time frame (see Cancellations below).
3. Arrival Time
Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 10-minute grace period is given for late arrivals. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation with applicable fees.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice or no-shows may be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Multiple last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
5. No-Show Policy
A “no-show” occurs when you miss your appointment without notice. No-shows will be charged 50% of the service price and may be required to prepay for future appointments.
6. Service Guarantee & Refunds
We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, please inform us before leaving the shop so we can make it right. Once you leave the shop, adjustments may be offered at our discretion within 48 hours. We do not offer refunds for completed services.
7. Health & Safety
We follow Barbicide® and state sanitation standards, disinfecting tools and stations between clients. If you have any scalp or skin conditions, please inform your barber before your service. For everyone’s safety, disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
8. Children
Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times. Only the child receiving a service should be in the barber chair area.
9. Payments
We accept cash and card payments (confirm with your barber). All payments are due at the end of the service.
10. Media & Photography
Golden Cuts Studio may take photos or videos of your haircut or style for social media and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please let your barber know before your service begins.
11. SMS Communications
By booking an appointment or contacting us, you consent to receive SMS notifications and occasional promotional messages from GOLDEN CUTS STUDIO L.L.C.
